Terms and Conditions – Okey Play Official Rules & Policies

1. Account Registration and Eligibility

To use any of OkeyPlay's services — including betting on PBA games, playing JILI Slots, or joining Color Game sessions — you must create a personal account. The following conditions apply:

• You must be at least 21 years old at the time of registration.
• You may only hold one account at any time. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. OkeyPlay may request identity verification at any point.
• You must not register on behalf of another person.
• Accounts created by automated tools, bots, or scripts are strictly prohibited.

OkeyPlay reserves the right to refuse registration or close an account if any eligibility requirement is not met. No appeal will be entertained for accounts found in violation of this section.

2. Deposits, Payments, and Supported Methods

OkeyPlay accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash
• Maya (formerly PayMaya)
• GrabPay
• Coins.ph
• InstaPay / PESONet bank transfers
• BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking
• Visa / Mastercard (issued by Philippine banks)

Minimum deposit is ₱100. OkeyPlay does not charge transaction fees on deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own charges. All deposits must come from an account or card registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not allowed.

Withdrawals are processed within 24–72 hours depending on your selected method and verification status. OkeyPlay may request additional documentation before releasing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts exceeding ₱50,000.

3. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

OkeyPlay regularly offers bonuses to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses credited to your account must be wagered a minimum of 20x (or as specified in the promotion) before any related winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• OkeyPlay reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Abusing bonus offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Participation in any promotion is at OkeyPlay's sole discretion.

4. Responsible Gaming Commitment

5. Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play

OkeyPlay maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any behaviour that compromises the integrity of the platform or harms other players. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or system glitches for financial gain. Any winnings obtained this way will be voided.
• Money laundering or using OkeyPlay to process funds of illegal origin.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing OkeyPlay from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or OkeyPlay staff.

Any violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, withholding of balances pending investigation, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities if required by Philippine law.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content published on OkeyPlay — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and game mechanics — is the exclusive intellectual property of OkeyPlay or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, modify, or create derivative works from any OkeyPlay content without prior written consent from the platform. Scraping or data-mining our website for commercial purposes is expressly forbidden.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

OkeyPlay collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173). Your personal information is used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and improving our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Philippine law, OkeyPlay's total liability to any player for any claim arising from or relating to the use of our platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

OkeyPlay is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions caused by third-party providers, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Gaming outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) and are not influenced by OkeyPlay staff.

9. Changes to These Terms

OkeyPlay reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of OkeyPlay after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and close your account before the changes take effect.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts.

Before escalating any dispute to formal legal proceedings, you must first contact OkeyPlay's customer support team. We aim to resolve all complaints within 15 business days of receipt. Disputes related to game outcomes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event; claims raised after this period will not be entertained.
